In 2009, Grilled Cheese & Co started serving its high quality grilled cheese sandwiches at local festivals. After a number of successful events and numerous requests, our Catonsville location opened April 5, 2010. Grilled Cheese & Co was founded with the idea that high quality comfort food, great customer service, and genuine hospitality would be the cornerstones of our restaurant.
